@Shadowman311@poa.st Disney has no idea how to manage their own brands. Which is shocking when you consider that it's their entire business. Even Walt blew it with Mickey Mouse. That may seem like a weird thing to say, but compare Mickey to Bugs Bunny. Mickey stands for nothing - he has no personality. He's less meaningful than the Nike swish or the Golden Arches. Why? Because all his best stuff was tucked away in the notorious Disney 'vault' and doled out a few minutes a week like it was gold pressed latinum.
In contrast Warner Bros. syndicated most Bugs Bunny cartoons (except the really racist ones) for cheap from 1960 to the present day, making him a ubiquitous presence that every kid recognizes and most like. And he retains a distinctive personality.
